@c2c_Rail App isn’t working again and the train driver tells us due to low sunrise there were delays leaving the depot in Shoeburyness this morning? Impacting cameras?

Maybe someone in dispatch with a pair of sunglasses on to help facilitate on time departure would be good?

So much regression and bugs, who tested it before release.

I use my Sonos daily, I’m now frustrated daily using it.

The C2C app intermittently accepts payment
Not a good example of the positive outcomes of shutting ticket offices. It’s a Wednesday in the summer holidays when many are on holiday so this isn’t peak.

@c2c_Rail It’s more your customers feeling like lemons standing on the platform unaware. Even the platform information panels didn’t say, the scheduled train juat disappeared. Please ensure in future some updates or messaging is shared at the platform, not online only.
