Just picked up my Coleg Ceredigion 'Cariad' award for my volunteering work in community during the Covid lockdowns in 2020 and 2021 in the Aberystwyth area. Thank you so much for nominating me.β€

I am deeply concerned on the loss of all these courses from Cardiff University, but particularly concerned at the loss of nursing. The School of Healthcare Sciences is one of the very best, and supported my learning and integration as an Occupational Therapist alongside nursing.
Cardiff University has confirmed the worst fears of its employees by announcing a major cuts programme that includes around 400 job losses and the closure of five schools βοΈ@ShiptonMartin https://t.co/NpL5eO8YaC

Following the recent decision by Ceredigion County Councillors to reject our Village Green Application, we are holding a public meeting on Friday, 8th November at 6pm in the Waunfawr Hall. The meeting will be an opportunity to discuss and decide on the next steps. ππ

I just wonder how many thousands of pounds Ceredigion County Council has spent over the last five years objecting to the local people of Waunfawr and Llanbadarn Fawr campaigning to protect their green space. Thousands that could have been invested in public services, e.g schools
@RCOTPolicyWales Fantastic idea! Had a fantastic alternative placement in the Swansea Bay Falls Quality Improvement Team. More opportunities to involve OT on a national level is brilliant π
I was privileged to be invited as the guest speaker for Ceredigion Youth Bursary Ceremony to congratulate the recipients for 2024! It is an absolute joy to hear and celebrate the talent, dedication and hard work of young people here in Ceredigion. #CaruCeredigion
