In recent times it sounds like (Are )TE rather than (R)TE.

Listening to Brenda Donohue interviewing Troy Parrott on RTE. Fabulous interview. She is one of RTE little gems! Met Brenda in New York during the 1994 World Cup. A massive football fan and a great character.

On a morning when I was looking forward to listening to RTÉ Morning Ireland discuss the Trump tariffs I have just heard Mary Wilson relentlessly interrupting Minister Peter Burke who had alot to interesting things to say.

Tom Hyland was a great humanitarian and campaigner. He contacted me in the 90’s and we worked together for independence for East Timor. . In 2003 as Minister for Development and Human Rights I was proud to designate Timore Leste a priority country for development assistance.
