@BachmannRudi Look at the Texas map the are trying to fix… it was pointed out how gerrymandered it already is… remove the red and blue from both Texas and Va maps and pick the one with less crazy looking districts (ie the gerrymandered ones)… you will want the proposed Tx and current Va

@SpencerHakimian Because ACA is so flawed it needs subsidies to work… anything the government has ever subsidized results in price skyrocketing… when the consumer dictates what they are willing to spend their money on, competition brings prices down…

@RepGregStanton Let’s say the subsidies aren’t renewed and people can’t afford insurance… they stop purchasing it and the insurance company isn’t making money… the insurance company lowers the price to what people are willing to pay for coverage… government involvement is what screwed it up

@RepGregStanton Extending subsidies doesn’t lower costs… it just passes the costs onto everybody even those not on an ACA plan and enriches the insurance companies… every product that the government subsidizes allows the price to increase outside of the free market…
