This whole outrage about INEOS is beginning to bore me to be honest,the forced ignorance even though you know they’ve been miles better than the glazers when they ran football operations.

You cannot keep comparing yourselves with City who had the best ten years any football club could wish for. In those 10 years we were chasing our tails, signing fraudulent players and giving them millions, barely even competing even though we spent hundreds of millions.

You all know this but somehow you want Ed Woodward back because he gets his targets. The same Woodward that refused to sign Haaland at £15m, same Woodward that spent over £70m on Hojlund when Kane was available or the same Woodward that couldn’t tempt Ivan perisic even when Mourinho was pleading for him.

INEOS are not perfect owners, hell they don’t even own the whole club. They run the football side of things and we’re in charge of our best transfer window post Sir Alex. Reports suggest we need to squad build but somehow you want them to splash £85 -£130m on each player, where do you think the money is coming from?

If you can’t sit, wait and judge at the end of the window then you might as well just go support city. It’ll help calm your disappointment.
