@Ghostofcynthia Insurrection act as a last chess move - but he’ll try to get the senate to do their jobs, may even wait to see how the mid terms turn out. If results are favorable, pass the save act, if not - play the Trump card and clean up the hard way.
#BREAKING Australian actress Holly Valance says that everyone “starts out as a lefty”
But then you “wake up” when you try to “run a business or buy a home”
“And then you realise how crap their ideas are”
Hard to argue, Holly.
Un an.
L'option A soulage ta morale pendant 18 mois. L'option B sort des populations entières de la pauvreté pour toujours.
La pauvreté ne se redistribue pas. Elle se résout par la création. C'est contre-intuitif, c'est frustrant, mais c'est ce que disent 200 ans de données.
I have never seen an Australian Prime Minister treated with such contempt. However, Albanese has brought it upon himself. He claims immigration has been reduced by 42%. Lie. In February he brought in 3,500 immigrants per day. The highest record in our history. He is still bringing in 1,100 every day. He brought in 26,500 Afghans this year. He brought in 3,000 unvetted Gazans. He has brought back Isis terrorists but we don’t know the real number. He lied about assisting them, so The Tooth Fairy gave them their passports?
He has allowed antisemitism to flourish and he is solely responsible for Bondi. He was warned but because he loves Muslims he did not want to upset them. He has thrown women and girls under the bus. He allows men to be placed in women’s prisons. Women have been raped. He allows the continued mutilation of children and sanctions giving them untested puberty blockers which have left life long medical problems. He calls these subjects “social” grievances.
He has spent taxpayer funds on white elephants. The failed Voice and I have lost track of the wasted billions on green energy such as hydrogen. He is ploughing billions into renewables which will have to be renewed in 15-20 years time. He has given billions to UNWRA, The Taliban and Palestine not to mention the $30 mil he gave to Fiji, they are building a nuclear plant. Great.
He is taking from Queensland our rightful GST funds for disaster relief. Queensland has the most natural disasters than any other state. Where is our share going? Why Victoria of course. To prop up the corrupt Victorian government. To be used for the train going nowhere and that no body wants.
He has brought in tax changes that he promised 50 times he would not do. Check on how many properties have been sold over the last 4 years by Labor pollies. They knew they were planning this. He and Chalmers don’t have any business or financial acumen. Been on thel public purse since Uni. Yet Chalmers said if we did not agree with him we were “ungrateful selfish” people? Chalmers and Albanese have called us cookers, crackpots, racists, bigots, Nazis and now selfish.
One Nation put him in his place. He has humiliated himself. He believes his own lies. What is happening in the UK has already started here. Machete wielding Sudanese youth roaming our streets and killing us. Even children have been killed in Melbourne. He has let in people who hate us if we are white.
If Aussies do not unite against this communist government (who are jailing and fining our farmers for not wanting transmission lines) then we are lost. We have to get them out of office asap. We are in a great deal of trouble. I have joined One Nation because they have commonsense policies. This country has been lead by woke, weak, arrogant, ignorant ideologists who never had a real job. Any politician who thinks a man can become a woman by putting on a frock cannot be taken seriously. We are the laughing stock of the world. Lying so prolifically to people who elected you should never be rewarded. Fire The Liar (s).🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
A One Nation Government will remove the GST on building materials when you build a family home.
One Nation will allow pensioners to work and keep their income, along the lines of the New Zealand model.
One Nation will build coal fired power plants, and in the longer terms, start works on Nuclear.
One nation will scrap half of the fuel tax, slashed in half from day one. Helping you at the pump.
One Nation will pull out of Paris, and abolish the climate change department. Saving endless millions.
One Nation will close the tap on endless immigration. Immigration into Australia will become a privilege, not a right.
Just some of the things One Nation will do given the chance.
RE: Pentagon Reporting
Please realize that every bit of reporting you see coming from major legacy media sources about anything Pete Hegseth, the Pentagon or Department of War is doing is butthurt propaganda.
I’ll explain.
You see, for years and years the major legacy media outlets such as the NYT, WaPo, Reuters, etc. have had privileged, largely unfettered access to the Pentagon—access other news outlets never enjoyed. This worked great in Democrat administrations, because the media was totally onboard with the DEI destruction of our nation’s military, and the Democrats knew the media would never abuse its access to undermine them. However, when a Republican is in office, that access was wielded against the administration via unauthorized leaks of classified and other controlled information, not to report the news, but to destroy policies those media members disagreed with.
And Pete Hegseth put a stop to that leftist gravy train. No more uncontrolled access. No more ability to get meaningful, unauthorized info from “sources familiar with the issue.” Zip. Nada. Nothing. He didn’t stop the legacy media from writing what they want—they always have had that right. No, he simply stopped the ability for certain members of the legacy press to undermine national security via privileged access that was denied the rest of the media.
And boy oh boy are they butthurt over that. So butthurt that they have lost whatever residual ability they may have once had to report honestly, and now everything they write is a character assassination piece sourced by anonymous “sources.”
Put simply, they are lying liars lying lies because they got their feelings hurt.
Couple this with the fact that the Gen Z “journalists” doing this reporting tend to have as deep an understanding of warfare as does my cat, and I just explained why any time you read Pentagon reporting from a legacy news outlet, you should assume the opposite of what you are reading is the truth.
Dear Senator Hawley,
You have betrayed us……
We thought for sure you were going to help us drain the swamp and carry out the mandates we brought forth when electing Trump.
On Memorial Day 2026, while the rest of America paused to honor the fallen who died defending our freedoms, you chose to gavel in a meaningless pro forma Senate session and then gavel it right back out. A 30 second ritual that accomplished exactly nothing except one thing: deliberately blocking President Trump from making a single recess appointment.
You personally stood in the way of the American people’s mandate.
We voted. We won. We gave President Trump the White House, we gave Republicans the Senate, and we sent a clear message……drain the swamp, confirm the loyalists, and move at warp speed to repair what the last four years destroyed.
Instead, you and the rest of the Senate club decided the dusty old rulebook matters more than the will of the voters who handed you the majority.
By keeping the Senate “technically in session” through sham pro forma meetings, you stripped the President of a constitutional tool specifically designed to bypass obstruction like this.
Do you understand what that means, Senator?
It means qualified America First nominees, judges, ambassadors, agency heads, and military leaders remain stuck in limbo while the same entrenched bureaucrats who sabotaged Trump the first time continue holding power. It means the deep state gets more time to resist, delay, leak, obstruct, and laugh at the voters who believed change was finally coming.
It means Americans are once again being told their landslide victory was meaningless because the Senate has “traditions.”
You ran on fighting the swamp. You wrote books about it. You raised your fist outside the Capitol with the rest of us.
Now you’re the one holding the gavel that keeps the swamp alive.
We are not disappointed, Senator Hawley.
We are furious.
You didn’t have to take that presiding slot. You didn’t have to participate in the ritual protecting the establishment from the very change Americans demanded. But you did.
Every day those positions remain unfilled is another day the agenda Americans voted for is delayed.
This is not “procedure.”
This is betrayal dressed up in a suit and tie.
The swamp does not drain itself. It requires leaders willing to confront a broken system instead of protecting it under the banner of “tradition.” Right now, you are choosing the institution over the people who elected you.
We expected better from you.
We still want to believe you are not just another suit who talks tough on Fox News and then folds the moment Senate leadership whispers “tradition.”
Prove us wrong.
Demand these pro forma charades end immediately. Demand recess appointments be allowed so President Trump can govern at the speed this moment requires. Stand in that chamber and publicly call out the hypocrisy.
Because if you don’t, the answer to the question “What did Josh Hawley do on Memorial Day 2026?” will be simple:
He helped keep the swamp alive.
We’re watching.
We’re angry.
And we will remember.
Sincerely,
We the Disappointed, Disgusted, and Determined Trump Voters
The American Majority You Were Elected to Serve
@MCMLXXIII_AU@Ryandally08 Ok let’s look at that for a moment. So I have a deposit and want to invest it. Am I going to purchase a block of land do a deal with Metracon to build a house on it. Oversee the 12 months of building and drama just to benefit from the laws? Or will I just buy an apartment.
@MCMLXXIII_AU@Ryandally08 Why would you sell an asset with negative gearing in place only to replace it with a higher taxed option? Broadly it doesn’t make sense.
Have you even seen what similar legislation did in New Zealand?
