@Oldchefsteve@bmfoodlovers That's a big subject, & I don't necessarily agree with your premise. The average pork chop probably provides as much nutritional value, with less fat, than these. Nutritional food is widely accessible and within reach to most Americans at a low point. The problem may be choices.
