Today is the last day of Pride month, but our work to ensure LGBT+ people can live without fear never stops.
Recently we have:

🟠announced a new LGBT+ envoy
🟡updated hate crime legislation in the UK
🟢supported other countries to do the same

This violates the most basic standards of respect and dignity in the way people should be treated.
We are in touch with the families of a number of British nationals involved to provide them with consular support.
We have demanded an explanation from the Israeli authorities and made clear their obligations to protect the rights of our citizens and all those involved.

💥No EBU discussion of a neutral Palestinian entry
💥No room for improvement in the way Israel debate was handled this year
💥Happy with every decision made this year
💥Invasion of another country is NOT grounds for exclusion from Eurovision
"There is something very specific happening to Jewish communities”
Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch says she supports a moratorium on pro-Palestinian marches but not for the march led by far-right activist Tommy Robinson later this month
