⭕️ Gaza: 7-Year-Old Girl Killed by Israeli Fire While Sleeping in Her Tent

Seven-year-old Misk Hazem al-Dalu was killed when Israeli forces opened fire on displaced Palestinians sleeping in their tents west of the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, according to Palestinian news agency WAFA.

Footage shared by Palestinian photographer Osama Aldahdouh shows Misk��s grieving father and relatives mourning over her body.

Palestine’s Education Ministry confirmed her death and identified her as a student at Maryam bint Imran School.

The Israeli military had not commented on the killing at the time of reporting.

Malnutrition and starvation rates in Gaza have reached “catastrophic” levels, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, despite a US-backed ceasefire that aims in part to allow more food and medical supplies to enter the Strip as Palestinians face Israeli-made famine.

In a statement released for World Food Day, the Ministry said about 67 percent of Gaza’s population is projected to face crisis-level food insecurity or worse through the end of 2026.

Gaza has no MRI equipment for its more than 2 million people after more than 12 months of the US-brokered "ceasefire," according to a new report by Physicians for Human Rights Israel, an Israeli human rights group.

With Israel and the President Trump-backed Board of Peace blocking diagnostic equipment from entering and patients from leaving, at least 2,027 patients, including 264 children, have died waiting for medical evacuation, according to the Gaza Health Ministry. Cancer patients in Gaza are dying at more than double the prewar rate, Common Dreams reported in August.
