Recorded at T in the Park in 2003, Getaway captures The Music during their early breakthrough period. Originally released in 2002 as the band’s debut single, the track reached number seven on the UK Singles Chart and later appeared on their self titled debut album. Built around hypnotic rhythms, swirling guitars, and Rob Harvey’s soaring vocal, Getaway became one of the band’s defining songs. Festival performances like this showed how their expansive, groove driven sound translated onto major stages at the height of their early momentum.
