They haven’t communicated with us all day and just randomly sent me a email to say they have booked us next Saturday but my husband has an appointment in Beaumont on Thursday for treatment so I booked with Ryanair to just get us home.

@CarrollJennifer Treatment today was for 10:40am. Despite the machine being down since early yesterday morning the earliest an engineer can get to Beaumont is 11am today-24 hours later. Treatment pushed out to maybe 3:30pm but will have to wait and see if that happens. #Radium #BeaumontHospital

@CarrollJennifer I urge you to please look at the facilities for radium in Beaumont hospital. It’s harrowing enough to see your loved ones going for treatment but it’s torture the stress of the amount of times the machine is broke down and as for parking it’s a dogfight.#Stress

Just in case you might care @CarrollJennifer the radium machine is down again today. Dad is waiting since 11 for treatment but the part is in a taxi on the way. This is at least the 5th time in a week and a half. It’s just not good enough.
