AXS deemed my account to be a bot 5 minutes into waiting in the queue to see Hayley Williams in Nashville and now I’m completely locked out of my account. I’m crying. I have been wanting to see her since her tour was cancelled in 2020. AXS doesn’t care about fans at all
@heavenstruckem AXS sucks!!! Like if they kicked me out of the queue ok whatever but to lock me out of my account and be at the mercy of their support is ridiculous. I’ve bought from AXS before and this has never happened :/
I need ms hayley williams to have a word with AXS because what was the point in verifying my email and phone number just for AXS to think I’m a bot and lock down my account… I had NO VPN on and I’m not using multiple devices to get tickets. Seriously what the heck.
@MissStixy@enchantixmusa I’ve personally known therapists who willingly offer their contact information in case of crisis or if the client needs to reach out in between appointments. IMO this therapist should not be giving out their phone number if it’s this transactional to them. 🤷🏻♀️
@askdepop it’s been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to get an response from customer service or the specialist team on why a buyer was refunded for an order they received. They even said in our messages they received it and wanted to pay me back for it. Please reply 😭
