@Northsmile2019 ここ、並んで行列になってる客が歩道を埋めつくしてて、通り過ぎる人が車道を歩くことになって危険で何度も警官が来てます。
並んでいない時も店の横側の歩道の半分くらいまでコーンで占有してて道路使用許可を取っているのか問題です

画像にもある通り「相手側(売る方)から提示を求められたら提示しなければならない」のが義務です。
売ったあとで提示の義務ではなく、相手側から提示を求められたら提示するのが義務です。

売るのであれば「転売（営利）目的で中古品を仕入れて売る」という行為をビジネス（業態）として行う場合は古物商許可が必要ですが古物商許可証は持ってます？
貴方が無許可販売で捕まった場合、購入者にも警察から事情聴取される可能性あるので古物商許可証を提示必要です

もし貴方が無許可販売で捕まった場合、購入者にも警察から事情聴取される可能性があるので防ぐ為にも古物商許可証を提示してください。
