2024 election materials are being pulled from storage ahead of destruction tomorrow.

But when the boxes were opened in front of media, they didn’t just contain ballots.

ELECTION LOGS WERE INSIDE. Logs that should be preserved for 5 years.

These records were stored with ballots headed for destruction, and Shasta County lead attorney, Joe Larmour, allegedly declined going or sending anyone to the registrar’s office to witness what ROV Clint Curtis and team were discovering.

I have a simple rule. If you are not a citizen, you do not get a ballot in a federal election… and yet a Biden judge in Miami just told the Justice Department that the federal ban on noncitizen voting is unconstitutional, and he tossed the case.

Judge David Leibowitz, put on the Southern District of Florida by Joe Biden, dismissed the federal charge against Chelsea Michelle Ann Cox, a Jamaican national who allegedly overstayed a tourist visa, used a fraudulent U.S. Virgin Islands birth certificate to get identification, registered to vote, and cast a ballot in Broward County on October 29, 2020 and the judge's answer is that Congress never had the power to set that rule because only the states get to decide who votes. Florida can still prosecute her under state law. Florida's citizenship requirement is still intact. So the Department of Justice, which has charged at least 60 people for noncitizen voting since Trump came back, gets told to walk away from the federal charge in her case.

Here is the reality. They are not arguing she was a citizen. The filings say she was not. They are arguing the federal government is not allowed to treat noncitizen voting in a federal election as a federal crime, and a Biden judge just put that in writing. Lara Logan is right… this decision is headed toward the Supreme Court while they buy time for the midterms, and if you think sitting out the fight is the answer you may live to regret falling for that tactic.

I am angry, and most of you are not angry enough, because the same rotted judiciary that spent years lawfaring Trump is now carving holes in the one federal statute that actually treats alien voting as a federal offense, right as early voting for the midterms is underway. How is this even a thing? You are told noncitizen voting is rare and a conspiracy theory while a judge who was handed the bench by the last administration throws out a case where the person allegedly used a fake birth certificate to vote�� and half the press frames it like the Constitution suddenly discovered that citizenship does not matter in a federal election.

Make no mistake, this is team evil working the problem from the bench. States already ban it, and yet the federal charge is the tool that actually gets used when DOJ finds the fraud… so gut the tool, call it federalism, and dare you to notice. Think I am wrong? Show me where Congress was supposed to just shrug while noncitizens cast ballots for President and Congress.

@realDonaldTrump work the problem. Appeal it. Keep charging the cases that are still standing. Do not let one Biden judge rewrite what every American already knows… you have to be a citizen to vote in our elections.

Congress is never going to Term Limit themselves or use fiscal restraints. They continue to use our tax dollars for funding their agendas. There are only a few good congressmen & women in there but not enough to change it. We’ve tried & tried to put better people in & it never changes. The only way we can make a change is to go around Congress. That’s why we’ve been given the right to use the tools given to us by our founding fathers to call an Article V Convention. There’s no way for a runaway convention. It takes 34 states to agree on 3 subjects in the convention & 38 states to ratify it. The founders put a high bar on it for a reason. So that it would be fail safe.
