The only correspondence I’ve had is by post and it’s a final Charge Certificate demanding I pay £108 for a £3 crossing I’ve already paid for!! What am I actually supposed to do next?!!!

@DartCharge at the advice of your contact centre (who were very helpful) I’ve now contested the same fine three times and sent an email to your customer service team using the online form. I’ve not had a single email confirmation or outcome of my contested fine via email or post.

@SouthernRailUK How about making it possible to collect tickets from your machines? If you buy through @thetrainline the machines always say ‘card type not accepted’ and have done for ages, it’s absolutely useless! The staff at Hove told me they never work, maybe get the basics working first eh?
