In memory of our dedicated physio Sam Winter, whose calm presence and unwavering commitment to our rugby club's seniors made a lasting impact. Your care and support were felt by all. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time. Rest easy, friend.

It has been a year to the day since I was diagnosed with MND. I often write little poems, here’s one to mark one year called ‘a year has passed since I was told’. It’s shit but I prefer it to posting a video 😁. Cheers and have a good day.
imma be real with you.
i cried for the first time in a long time today.
reminiscing about old times with good people who are no longer with us.
i'm not writing this for me. i'm good.
but i think it's important for people to know that we're all in this together.
and i know it's easier said than done, but please please please, if you're going through something, don't go through it alone. reach out.
family, a friend, a colleague, a stranger, anyone. just start a conversation.
no matter how dark things may seem, there is light at the end of the tunnel. you may not be able to see it, but it's there. trust me.

Fraser was presented with the Geoff Rameaux trophy. The trophy will be awarded to the winning team each year. The game was played in a magnificent spirit, just as Geoff would have liked it.
The first XI finished their season yesterday with a great win against the Forty Club. 2 runs needed off the last ball and MS Turner delivered. Special mention to Alex and Ryan for their performances.
Watford’s Ken Sema suffers with a stutter, but he bravely came out and did the post-match interview last night... ❤️
This will really help a lot of people. Anyone who suffers with a stammer knows how hard and deflating it can be. Brilliant @Semaken! 👏
Fans around the globe, this term is nearly over and Sunday finally sees the last game of the season, as our 2’s go for an unprecedented double. They face @DartfordiansRFC in the final of the @KentRugby Shield at @MedwayRFC 1330ko.
