Traditional Christmas cake; brandy-soaked fruit and the cake itself was then fed with brandy. It has mixed fruit and peel, no nuts, and is covered with marzipan and fondant icing (can be without marzipan if preferred), topped with gold stars and little Christmas trees.

chocolate roulade sponge, sandwiched with vanilla butter cream and decoratively covered with dark chocolate ganache. As good on the lips as it is on the eyes!
