@WritingByMatt Hi Matt. Bangkok is my 2nd home as my wife is from there. Every time I use a taxi at BKK without her, they try to charge me 900bht to our apartment by Sathorn. After 3 attempts they will use the meter and it is 400bht including tolls. 80% do this.

The introductory scene in Hitchcock's 'Frenzy' is a marvellous view over 70s #London before the major developments we recognise today. Before the death of the docks and the birth of the modernised 'city'. If you love London, you'll want to see this. A few locations in this film appear on one of the @PubHistoryTours. Personally, I prefer this view to what we have today. 🤝
