@_ExitTheLeft 2/2 the 60 vote threshold has always been there .... since there are 100 members in the Senate 60 votes is a majority the same goes for the house if all seats are filled a majority is 218 votes if a bill doesn't have that it doesn't move forward until that number is met

@itsSunnyTexas 2/2 it tells the government how many people were born or died over the last 10 years so that if something is off in their systems it gets flagged and fixed
