@marksandspencer Not fussed about refund. But is this supposed to have a plastic covering to seal it? Or is it supposed to be loose in the cardboard?

@Marksandspencer Just opened this&there was no plastic over the tray. So it wasn't sealed-just pastry stuck to cardboard. Is this right?!
