This is very very bad news for us at @cartoonMessLive. We are happy to pay for software that we rely on. It would be great if there was some way we could still OWN it! Ending support is fine, but let us install Animate in the future please @Adobe
@Adobe I've been creating with Flash/Animate for 26 years. I use this software NOW. Ending support? Fine. But I need to be able to install it in future, and I'm willing to pay for it, but with CC, I assume installers won't be available in the future???? Will they?

@tomthinks is so generous with his creative process and his live shows are a complete delight. Duck is a fav.

@NeilHoyt I haven't made it publicly available, no, but it's not actually easy to use.. it takes some learning.. because all of the mouth sync is done manually through button presses. In other words, talking into the mic triggers nothing--it's all in the fingers, so takes muscle memory!
as i continue to back away from how intertwined i am with online worlds--twitter continues to be a place where I can feel most tangibly that tech is growing like ivy in some spaces. It's not always wrong, it's not always bad, but it is aggressive and chaotic.
