@Clark8Sammie @MTGrepp Separation of Powers, Congress doesn’t have full law enforcement powers. They have limited law enforcement ability, which is why they usually refer contempt of Congress charges with DOJ.

@GPCarlo101 @MTGrepp How so? If done right it funnels immigrants to ports of entry, requires LESS labor in long term, and doesn’t require as many patrols as open ground does. In truth, it is completely financially responsible to build and finish the border wall.

No, the Supreme Court ruled that Roe v Wade violated the 10th Amendment, which essentially states that any power not granted specifically to the Federal Government nor prohibited from the States having it, shall be held by the States or the People. Roe v Wade took the power to decide Abortion law from the States and the People and the Federal government. The 7-2 decision that created it was an overreach by that Supreme Court.
