Father of 2 beautiful boys and husband to the strongest woman I know. Raising awareness of children’s brain tumours and giving thanks to LGI #RouxsArmy
Home and happy. I thought writing about the last few months would help with dealing with what’s happened to our little family. It’s not over yet but we’ve come a long way: https://t.co/wfxikHYqhw
Noah’s big brother is completing an incredible challenge today by walking the 9 Edges for @OscarsCharity . Unbelievably proud daddy today. #RouxsArmy https://t.co/xNSH9yYHfM
6/6 The only positive is Roux isn’t showing any signs of pain or discomfort. We’ve started the steroids and are hoping they can keep things under control. We just wish we could take all of this away for him – it often feels like one battle after another. #BrainTumourAwareness
1/6 Not the best update on Roux’s eye. Roux was seen by 3 different people in Leeds on Monday and There was a lot of information to process. In short, Roux’s left eye has filled with blood and blood clots. The purple tinge we’ve been able to see in his iris is actually blood.
5/6 We’ve been told the clots should eventually disperse naturally, but as they do his eye will lose its form and soften, which carries a risk of him losing his eye. It feels like choosing the lesser of two evils and yet another awful decision 💔
Another year of a friend of ours running London Marathon in Roux’s name for @braintumourrsch . Race Night tonight. Any donations appreciated as always #RouxsArmy https://t.co/9GXvDPS2EN
@Argos_Online@ArgosHelpers and ruined my Sunday morning waiting. How on earth is that acceptable. Then telling me on live chat the next slot is 6th November. Not good enough. I’ve got no bed!!! Joke of a company and service appalling.
@Argos_Online@ArgosHelpers what a joke. Due delivery of a bed this morning. Given a 7am-9am slot, doesn’t arrive. Wait until 11.30am. Contact you myself to be told the delivery has failed. How on earth does that happen? Wasted my Sunday morning. Paid a set day and slot …/1
