The NCAA rule 14.02.9 for the D3 level that states an athlete uses a year of eligibility just for practicing and trying to get better RUINS their career if they try to DO BETTER for THEMSELVES and attend a JUCO school. This is insane!!! I lost a year of eligibility for practice!!
