@RadioFreeTom Trump sold the Strait of Hormuz to Iran for the lives of 168 schoolgirls, a bunch of college campuses, and a lot of blown up infrastructure that we’re now going to pay for.
I’m calling for a Total and Complete Shutdown of American wars until we can figure out what is going on.
It should be a much bigger deal that legacy media journalists like Ezra Klein, Bret Stephens & @newyorker writer Atul Gawande are members of or attended Peter Thiel’s secret society, Dialog.
@redcirclearmy@GeoRebekah@WIRED@jahimes@PreetBharara For me, he’s the most surprising name on the list. His purported values are entirely inconsistent with those of the founders and the bulk of the members. What in his past actions, writings, or speeches suggests to you he belongs with Peter Thiel and the Palantir gang?
@HunterBiden These are incredibly wise words. Hard to find that on this platform anymore, but I love the way you’ve shown up. I wish you the very best.
Governor Abbott closed out his speech at the Texas GOP convention with a live elephant. It then peed on the floor as it left the room.
The perfect metaphor for the Texas Republican Party.
Elon Musk held up a chainsaw, fed USAID into the wood chipper, and at least 600,00 people have already died as a result - two-thirds of them children.
History's first trillionaire.
@JamieBonkiewicz@joncoopertweets From this moment onwards, everyone needs to replace the expression “jumped the shark” with “jumped the White House lawn.”
Instead of discussing how Elon Musk is now the world's first trillionaire, we should talk about how he killed hundreds of thousands of people through his dismantling of food and medical aid to poor countries

Remember when Musk challenged the World Food Program to explain how he could solve world hunger with just $6 billion, they did, and he just completely ignored them?
The details about the Tate brothers in this @newyorker profile are as sick as anything you will ever read. They are rapists, pornographers, traffickers - and heroes to the "conservative" MAGA movement

@gothburz You would have a fair complaint that Apple is horribly late with Apple Intelligence. But dinging them for orchestrating just shows that you don’t understand Apple’s brand or value proposition.
@gothburz Apple has always been about orchestrating technology pieces together better than anyone else. Look at the iPhone: Apple didn’t invent most of it; their innovation was in design, packaging, and synergies between the right pieces. They did it so well that it was “breakthrough.”
