@SmythsToysIRE wooden play centre 4 years old just came apart with one hand. Very fortunate kids weren't near it, could've been a bad accident, Smyths offering no replacement/refund on what was clearly not a safe product. Thankfully noticed before anyone hurt. Video attached

@Buseireann I did, but I'm not expecting anything to be done about it. It's relatively common that the services from Derry to Letterkenny are cancelled without notice. It's disgraceful how little your company thinks of us that you wouldn't even notify us.
