@WokingfcReport I think it’s probably because we’ve signed quite a lot of younger players in the last couple windows to refresh our aging squad, obviously a slight gamble but a lot of them come with real pedigree which is actually quite different to our previous recruitment strategy.

I know Harrogate aren’t seen as a big dog at any level but I’d be absolutely shocked if we finish that low.

@WokingfcReport I don’t think either of the relegated teams meet that threshold of particularly poor circumstances in the same way that a Scunthorpe 22/23 or a Morecambe 25/26 were.

@WokingfcReport Has the recruitment at Barrow really been that much better than Harrogate if at all?

Quantity doesn’t necessarily mean quality and by the end of last season we were a better side than Barrow.

I know teams can struggle when they come down but often only in poor circumstances.

Think we definitely need that LWB situation sorting asap so whoever they bring in can at least have the Scarborough game before Solihull.

@HTFCSeb2 @GoKnightsGo1959 Positive start for the lad, few things to prove/improve and his decision-making process should improve once he gets a few games under his belt.

Attributes are there for sure to play higher but has to show it consistently this season.
