@TfL I’m all for trains running on time but not leaving early! 6.15 overground from Anerley pulling away from the platform at 6.14 as I arrive. Great start to the morning thanks.

@Barclays I have an outstanding complaint since Nov. U have written 2 say u are upholding my complaint. U tried 2 call me once then sent me a letter saying 2 follow up & claim compensation 2 call. I have tried for a month. Hold times vary from 20 min to 1 hour. Not good enough

@Tony_Tweeted @SouthernRailUK I have already and they have raised it in Parliament but to no avail. @SouthernRailUK said they decided to cancel that route to meet requirements but it’s not helpful when the connections don’t work and there is no accessibility to change platforms at Norwood Junction

@SouthernRailUK travel is just chaos! Delays, cancellations and then a short train which no one can get on?! Wasn’t a problem when I could get a direct train Anerley to London Bridge but having to change at Norwood Junction is a nightmare. Since Jan I’ve had 1 journey run correct

@SouthernRailUK It was Norwood Junction at 8.20 The train I was trying to get from Anerley was 8.08 to London Bridge which was cancelled. The 8.07 Highbury &Islington was late then didn’t stop. This was the delayed 8.16 to London Bridge. Managed to get the 8.25 to H&I which ran slow. Late 4 work

@SouthernRailUK please bring back the East Croydon London Bridge via Anerley route back. Norwood Junction has no escalators or lifts. The Overground is now excessively crowded and you’re reliant on all your connections working which they often aren’t especially via Norwood

@SouthernRailUK it’s incredibly frustrating no longer having a direct train from Anerley to London Bridge particularly when the services used for connections are unreliable. Adding extra time & crowding to journeys. If you want people using the trains this is not the way to do it

@TfL just had an email saying you are changing the bus stops in Brixton Centre at 04.00 on 21 June. Can I suggest you don’t add to confusion and chaos on a train and tube strike day and postpone a week?! #londonbus #Brixton

Glad once you’re on a plane you get looked after. I doubt I’ll ever find out as I’ve been trying to speak to someone at @British_Airways since 9 January to sort out flights and all I’ve received is massive phone bills from being on hold. Maybe if I was a celebrity I’d have luck?

@British_Airways still can’t get hold of anyone. I even got a holding email to my complaint saying there would be a delay dealing with it! Please someone actually speak to me rather than sending me links to the website or more bots.

@British_Airways I’m at my wits end with trying to speak to anyone. I’ve been trying since 9 January. I have huge phones bills from being on hold so long and there is absolutely no other way to contact you. And I never got the CEO letter despite being executive club! #rubbish
