@NHLFlyers Was really hoping you would get rid of those reverse nameplates. They’ve always looked like a mistake. They were used to get them out of a jam decades ago because it was the only means available, but 31 other teams are proof that a reverse nameplate isn’t a good look.

@whatsbrewingpa @NBCSPhilly Apparently the beer expert is phoning it in these day metaphorically as well as literally. Don never actually explains that dry hopping is done during primary or, more commonly, secondary fermentation instead of during the boil.

@whatsbrewingpa @NBCSPhilly Please get a fact checker. Vienna lagers similar to the darker amber style of Mexican lagers like Dos Equis Ambar and, arguably, Modelo Negra, not the Pilsner that Glen is holding up as an example of the Vienna lager. The show is hurting without a beer expert.
