@DreamyNanoo Idk but joining a sport club helped me a lot and also get to know kind people that share the same hobby. It brought me consistency and i regulary interacted with people. I can't say if its something for you but if you need someone that listens to you you can always dm me🫂
@DreamyNanoo Im pretty sure that your friends will understand it if you explain it to them. Also try to go out regulary even if its just for a walk. I've always had the feeling that im alone when i didnt go out and all of the problems were around me but i noticed that sport helps me. (2/3)
