Today, I heard my partner ask his friends about the WNBA, saw my brother walking around carrying his laptop to watch a stream, & passed restaurants playing the game on TV. This never happened when I was growing up. Progress can feel slow, but the culture is shifting alright.

The current state of NIL $/transfer portal is inequitable & unsustainable. The way I see it, majority of freshmen (excluding anomalies) will start at a MM and then the standouts will transfer to a HM later on. At what point do MMs become obsolete or just a developmental pit stop?
