@HolidayTui are without doubt, the worst customer service we have ever received from a holiday company and what makes it more sickening is it is following a £6k holiday

4 phone calls and 9 emails have been exchanged so far and we are not getting anywhere and to top it off, @HolidayTui will not provide an escalation point of contact.

Family 1 = £800 bank transfer payment received.
Family 2 = £800 holiday voucher received
Family 3 = £700 bank transfer payment received
We understand that @HolidayTui cannot discuss other people's booking, but we cannot understand how you say that you apply

@HolidayTui are adamant that that is the maximum they can offer and they follow a set structure for all complaints. It's an out and out lie...

We had the same holiday experience.. actually our was worse because we were moved into 3 rooms because of various issues yet @HolidayTui we offering my wife £290 as a holiday voucher or £145 as a bank transfer.

How can @HolidayTui say they have a set protocol to follow when issuing compensation for complaints when 3 other parties within our holiday have received a higher level of compensation than my wife has been offered?

@_greg_taylor14 Biggest problem we have is that the people who are negotiating the deal do not believe in it themselves. There should never have been a single party negotiating. It should have been a council from the top 5 parties across the UK. No single point of blame, shared across all.
