Richard Spencer’s consistent and increasing libtard takes since 2017 make sense when you consider that he was the face of Charlottesville yet has skirted criminal charges and most civil liability
You hear stories about monkeys/apes in the early 20th century that are like "He could operate a railroad switch, was paid in nuts, would know if you were ripping him off. He wore clothes and drank cognac. Someone swore they heard him talking" and then nothing for a hundred years
@semidegen@Kittenfish817 Too far removed, lack of standing (who pays and who is at fault?), and ultimately just a meaningless gesture. Is what would be something like a $15 check really worth the fight and acrimony going forward?
@americaninuk1 @Kittenfish817 As someone on the right who knows most lefties mean questioning the huge budgets of police departments- and sympathizes with the idea, “defund the police” is extremely misleading and gives the impression that you want police departments disbanded.
@carebearkieran Never understood why there has never just been an official annual race on 316. Let people get it out of their system. Close the road for a few hours once a year and hand out some waivers. It was seemingly designed for that.
@gallagherstudio@EricRSammons Meat historically has been viewed as a luxury. Today in the US, could say meat is common and something like seafood should be abstained from instead.
@EricRSammons They didn’t get rid of it technically, they just allowed a dispensation if a good work is done instead. Over time most just stopped doing the work part.
@foster_type Backed up by the other level-headed, nonpartisan takes by most MDs on this app. Time to cash in on all the relationship capital they have built up.
What we need now to stop Kennedy is the reservoir of trust and good will the health community built up by sticking to the data, shooting the public straight, and avoiding politics and ideology. So go ahead and get ready to bust that all out.
