@PepperRedcastle @Ticketmaster @BankofAmerica And it’s so frustrating because the “out-sourced” customer service reps are NO help and the email back and forth communication has been going on for days. I’m now on day 4. Seems to be reoccurring issue may band together and file a lawsuit

@Ticketmaster are the biggest crooks they took my money through 4 different transactions and never gave me my tickets. They have over $500 holder up in my account. @BankofAmerica is no help either “they can’t do anything about a pending charge”

#fanaticssportsbook horrible. Customer service HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE IT. They will take your money. No money will show up in your Sportsbook account and they’ll blame it on the app and say it’s nothing they can do

@FanaticsBook I am disappointed. Worst Sportsbook ever & even more worse customer service. Took my money for a deposit never gave me my money in my Sportsbook account & the answer was “the deposit failed try adding a new deposit or checking to see if you have the newest version
