@TxPharmD@ASHPOfficial I’ll have to look more into it. We’ve had success with our residency selections to date but always good to hear another viewpoint. Maybe we’re missing something!
@TxPharmD 2/2 as much as anything else. We try to ask questions to uncover a candidate’s personality (situational, etc), and hope for the best sometimes.
@TxPharmD Absolutely agree that rounds and an interview aren’t the same. It’s exceedingly hard to differentiate between so many outstanding candidates. It almost comes down to looking for a personality fit with our department.
@TxPharmD That’s valid, but at the same time, if the shy/reserved/quiet personality is extreme to the point where it would impair their ability to communicate with the team...?
