Where was the Minister of Education when the decision to reopen was taken by the PTF? He is not a health Specialist .They should consider the ripple effect of an unending shutdown. Very soon, school owners will start sacking  all their teachers due to lack of fund.

3/8 Allow businesses to account for VAT on cash basis rather than on invoice which creates a cash flow problem (especially because borrowing rate is high). This will also limit the impact on cost of production and investment.
