@B7ur9230 @mkorhonen12345@Homberger_A@PJTheEconomist@FT The only difference is that imported goods are charged VAT in the moment of entering the country, but it’s reclaimed and is more of a matter of cash flow and not an added expense
@B7ur9230 @mkorhonen12345@Homberger_A@PJTheEconomist@FT I don’t think you do. EVERYTHING sold is charged with VAT, never mind where it is made. An 🇺🇸 car is charged as much of a VAT as a 🇩🇪 or 🇫🇷 made, there is literally no difference
@GrandpaRoy2 The problem is that shooting at a moving target flying fast and unpredictable is hard and requires years of training. Used to do clay-shooting at international level and shot at least 15k rounds a season just to stay on the level I was, nevermind coaching etc to get better
Everyone with some sense in Europe should really think whether we need to buy American goods and whether an European product would do the same job.
This is especially valid for everyone in the defense industry / national security - buy European, even better, local! #boycottUSA
@Anxious_Parent@TheFl0orIsLaVa@kaylapop_ I’m born and brought up in soviet union, and remember the russification pretty well. My great grandfather died in soviet prison for being anti soviet. No American is going to tell me that Estonians did well under soviet rule, because they read or heard it from somewhere
@Anxious_Parent@TheFl0orIsLaVa@kaylapop_ Haha, nice try, Karen! One would think an American would be ashamed to lecture Estonians about their REAL history, but there’s always someone so full of herself that she doesn’t hesitate 😄
@LucasJeff21641 @JasonFellas @Andrea47870492@RepDonBacon That’s not true though, russia as such doesn’t really have such a long history. Longer than America, for sure, but thousands of years - no!
