@koko_F1J1 If you are a guarantor for someone on scholarship who traveled overseas then yes you are not allowed to fly out. But, then their systems need to be updated once the Subject is back in country..but, also because it is Fiji, it is prudent that one checks with FIRCA and Immigration.
