@nickparker Heard from staff what a huge problem it is. Daily abuse. Often from distressed loved ones, some angry with state of NHS, some desperate for immediate info. I wonder about messages like EVERYONE WORKING HERE IS DOING THEIR BEST FOR THE PATIENTS / FOR THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE
