On Saturday I had a lovely night celebrating with my pals Lucy Connolly, Allison Pearson & her lawyer - then posted a pic. 
This morning I got a call from the general manager of Joe Allen restaurant asking to take it down because trolls had called us “racist rats”.
I wouldn’t usually post about this but I’ve had enough. 
This would never happen to an Islamist or someone on the left. Ever. 
Do we really want to live in a society where only people of your political persuasion are welcome at restaurants? Or a society where trolls have this much power over private businesses because, as he puts it in the call below, some people are “offended”?
Offended by what? A group of friends – who include a star Daily Telegraph columnist, top barrister, Conservative party councillor and, yes, a former inmate – toasting our freedom together...
I was genuinely shocked & dumbfounded by the call as you can probably tell. 
I’ve asked Joe Allen’s general manager Tommy Bretherton on Outspoken this evening so he could explain but he has “politely declined”.
So I’ll be discussing with Lucy Connolly instead as she joins our Superstar Panel for the first time.
But I will never eat at Joe Allen again, after many years as a patron, and I would urge any other patriot to do the same thing.

Remember Neil Kinnock’s legendary Brighton beach tumble — the moment that defined a generation of political embarrassment?

Well… history just repeated itself.

Keir Starmer has now delivered his own Kinnock Moment, stumbling so badly that No.10 is scrambling behind the scenes begging broadcasters NOT to show the footage.

You couldn’t make it up.

Kinnock fell on the beach.
Starmer fell on the job.

Both moments told the truth their speeches tried to hide.

And just like in 1983, Labour HQ is terrified the public will see what everyone else already sees — a leader out of his depth, off balance, and completely unable to steady himself.

The difference?

Kinnock’s fall became iconic.
Starmer’s fall is going viral.

Downing Street demanding the media bury it only fuels the fire.

If you have to hide the footage…
if you have to censor the stumble…
if you have to beg the press to look away…
…it means the damage is already done.

So yes — any excuse to keep posting it.

The more they try to hide Starmer’s stumble,
the more the country sees who he really is.
