while bringing your ribeyes to room temperature..season them heavily (Kosher salt)..it pulls the moisture out of them..RINSE/Pat DRY/re-season, so after you reverse sear them (in oven-then cast iron), you get great crust..bout to put on a masterpiece on a Wednesday..😤#grassfed
