@lufthansa Thanks for getting back to me Ted. This is costing me a small fortune in international calls dialling Germany from the UK and the online chat assistant is not much help either, can I claim the wasted call money back as no way of dealing with this myself?
@Tesco Hi, bought some Tesco brand Salt & Vinegar sticks and upon opening they are utterly flavourless, there’s not even salt to them, no taste whatsoever of any vinegar at all. Might be a bad batch that the technologists need to be aware of?
@Argos_Online Just had a fast track order delivered, an iphone. I open the box and there’s no phone, just charger lead and SIM card tool! Please advise on what to do next as obviously a case of internal shrink. Thanks
@nectar Hi! I went to redeem nectar points on Argos and realised at payment that I chose the wrong credit card so went back to choose a different card and turns out that the nectar points had been claimed despite the transaction not completing. Will this resolve itself? Thanks
