@kingprawnball @geordiechris48 @WeAreOpenreach @EE You still have a fault, DL shouldn’t be lower than UL. 4 meg upload should be about 24-30 meg download. Was it an Openreach engineer? Did they replace the master socket? Have you tried a new dsl lead?
