@currys unable to make any complaint as the chat bot was useless and human said they would get back to me but no response in over 24 hours!!!! Don’t pay extra for assembly if your buying a tv stand as part of a bundle

Extremely disappointed by the terrible service afforded by @currys to my elderly parents this week. Paid for a new TV and stand as a bundle, and extra for setting the tv on the stand. The two delivery men refused to build the stand and left everything in the boxes!!!!
