@LiamRandallLDR Looks like a stitch up by Audit Wales only investigating one side of the issue. Surely this amounts to bullying? It’s no wonder some councillors would not attend the meeting. It appears that some councillors were not allowed to speak at the meeting. Gagging appeared rampant.
