The boy in the first frame grew up with a dream. At some point, the dream felt impossible; he was discouraged, and he felt suffocated.
His dream required doing something no one in his family had ever dared to do. It required setting a pace that generations would remember him for. It required pushing forward even when he felt unqualified.
That kid showed resilience. Even when he met obstacles, he kept moving. Some days, the weight of the dream scared him; some days, it was exhilarating. But that boy dared not stop.
On the 10th of July 2026, that dream paid off. He finally got to see his dream become a reality. That boy who had become a man finally became what he had always dreamt of.
That boy dared to believe. He dared to continue, and the man in the second and third frames is a testament to that resilience.
Both the boy and the man he is today owe this feat to God, family, and friends. There was no point at which he fought alone. He had help, there was grace, and there was mercy when he made mistakes. There was family who had already called him a lawyer and believed in him achieving the dream even when the journey was still far from over. There were friends who stayed close when it was tough.
This man will dream again, he won't stop; a pace has been set. He will achieve more by God's grace.
The boy born Toochukwu Chukwuma Chukwuma is now a man named Toochukwu Chukwuma Chukwuma, Esquire; a barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
