After hearing from Diffine and several former employees and colleagues, the board voted unanimously to revoke his license for five years

The board said its decision was based on a “preponderance of evidence” that he violated the Medical Practices Act

The board had suspended Diffine’s license earlier following an investigation after receiving videos in July

The suspension order stated the board received a complaint that “Diffine engaged in sexual contact with his staff, who were also his patients, and s*xually harassed these same individuals.”
