For 15 years I drove the Sundance Film Festival. Never once had to help an actor or producer put a car seat into any vehicle. Children are a nuisance to the entertainment industry and jobs there are very hard to raise families on. Hence a lot of our media is produced largely through the lenses of a world without children and celebrated that way. If you really want change, change the culture, it’s more powerful than incentives. Give an Oscar to the actress with the most kids and an Emmy to the longest lasting marriage. :)
