@gtbank I am yet to understand what happened to the remaining $20. You claim $20 was valid SI for 2017 and 2018 maintenance fees. Two years fee should be $20 but $40 was debited from an account without a card. You stopped replying to DMs since I asked about this. @gtbank_help
