Day... um another day of development. hook has range now, but I don't like all the bugs in the behavior and feel it's because I'm moving the projectile incorrectly. Since I have the mechanic I want I'm going to move on to UI and game logic before reworking the hook.

day 6; yesterday, I finally added the grappling hook to the player movement. I also found the original art from the game I had made 10 years ago with the same collect'em concept.

Day 4; it took two days and a lot of trying to make the engine do things it had built in functions for from scratch, I was able to separate the directional input from the forces applied to the player. Now they slide to a stop and continue to move when falling.

not much change on day 2 I was getting more comfortable with the CharacterBody2D example code and how it affected the player. This game be an idea of how I wanted the player to move.

I realize now I was taking streaming way WAY to seriously. So yeah from now on I'm not. streaming is just gonna be an extra fun thing to do while I game and I'm not gonna worry so much about production value and promotion anymore :P catcha on the light waves!

@rpilocator Y'all should start keeping track of the time of day too when it comes a available on the site, just the date isn't enough anymore with how small the window of time is.

Got the new SSD. The plan is to clean install tonight and get setup to stream again. It's been so long I'd have to rebuild OBS anyway so a clean install of windows is nothing :P

My strong opinion of the day; Normalize calling out the heresy and blasphemy of Politicians who use religion to covet power. Normalize calling out protesters at planned parenthood for their heresy and blasphemy. I am tired or hypocrites that worship idols and their heresy.
